I interviewed with a member of the finance team 1 on 1 and then after that was offered a spot in the final round of interviews. This was a super day at the Citigroup offices where I interviewed with 5 different people, 3 from corporate finance, 1 from wealth management, and 1 from human resources.

Interview
Phone interview was brief with recruiter. Main question were around relevant job experience and credentials. Salary Range offered was lower than industry in Toronto. In person interview with Hiring Manager was brief with the same questions as the recruiter.

Panel Interview, 45 mins where the interviewers asks several questions related to soft skills, leadership, situational and behavioral questions as well as technical skills required for the job. There is also questions on diversity and inclusion and other leadership traits.
