Application
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Citizens Bank in May 2014.
Interview
Interview was in person with the branch manager and teller manager. They asked very simple questions but seemed to hate their jobs or just hate interviewing. Maybe it was just with me or this location so don't feel discouraged! It definitely was a learning process.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens Bank in April 2010.
Interview
I believe there was an hour interview with the bank manager, and then she showed me around the branch, so I was pretty positive I got the position, later on I found out she would show everyone around the branch during interviews, which I thought was weird, getting people's hopes up. I don't believe I had a phone interview, but I did have a detailed quiz online to see if I qualified.

Interview
You have to go to the online portal and apply. The online application is a pain in the neck. After that you do an assessment test, timed and rushed. Then a video interview, 1 way, your own schedule, through hirevue.com

Negotiation
Turned out that I didn't get to this level, they just recently shut down all the branches in my location and sold to another bank, so my interview, video conference and assessment went in the garbage

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Citizens Bank (West Bloomfield, MI).
Interview
Was asked a few questions over the phone, and then brought in for an in person interview. Lasted around 30 minutes and the questions were relatively straightforward. My interviewer did a really great job setting up what they were looking for for each question.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Citizens Bank (Toledo, OH) in March 2015.
Interview
The process was a phone call first, with questions about my skills and the willingness on hours that I can give them. Next they set me up with a branch manager to interview with. I always like to be early to show my enthusiasm. I am asked questions of things that i have done in my previous job and what i would be willing to do for them. I am always willing to give 110% to my job. Then i thank them for the opportunity to meet with them and wait to hear from them.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Citizens Bank (Plymouth, MA) in January 2015.
Interview
Very short and precise and to the point. Seemed like they put more emphasis on your resume than getting to know you in person. Interview process seemed very tense and uncomfortable.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Citizens Bank (Chicago, IL).
Interview
It was about a couple week process. A background check, credit check and drug test was required. In addition, there was a pretty simple math test with easy word problems. Easier than the ACTs

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens Bank (Melrose, MA) in February 2016.
Interview
I showed up ten minutes early for the interview. Thirty minutes later the manager finally introduced herself to me. She constantly pronounced my name wrong even after I corrected her. She pretty much just kept asking why I hadn't applied to other banks besides Citizens. She was very negative about everything I had to say.
