Anonymous Interview Candidate in Las Vegas, NV
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at City National Bank (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2016
It was extremely plesant. Interviews (and there are plenty of them) were held at restaurants for lunch breaks. CNB paid. Conversational, yet thought provoking, questions were asked. It is obvious this company genuinely cares about who they hire and the retention of their employes. I was not offered the position as they hired an internal who was on a development plan. I was told by the recruiter that if there is ever a time where an internal and external are the final two candidates, they show preference to the internal. I can greatly appreciate that. It demonstrates their loyalty to their employees. On the other hand, they thought highly enough of me that the recruiter has been "tasked with bringing me on board" and finding a "perfect role" for me. I look forward to my potential future with this company.
