I interviewed with the human resources department on the phone and then 2 senior executives face to face at their corporate facility. The interviews were pretty relaxing -- however the HR team was not very good at responding or follow-up. Overall it was not a very positive interview experience. A company of their size I expected more from HR and an overall better process.
