This was a three step interview. First a Screening Interview with the Recruiter, Followed a video call with the Hiring Manager. Where the questions where a lot around my background. Finally a Face to face 2nd stage, where the questions are very much more on the job questions.

Interview
This was the best interview process I’ve ever experienced. Communication from Lance was clear and consistent throughout, keeping me informed at every stage. He was always available for a chat when needed and proactively updated me whenever timelines changed. The whole process felt well organised and transparent.
No one has an idea what they are on about, so I would not recommend this company to any one. Very poor preparation and high rotation of staff. Not recommend
