    S.T.A.R. method of questioning. Situation, Task, Action, Result. The interview was conducted by a panel. There was approximately 10 questions in the same format with each interviewer taking turns asking the questions. At the end of the interview, I was asked to draft two examples of emails that I would send to a manager or director about an approaching deadline with a performance issue.
