Interview
Started with an on campus interview that was with two of their HR reps. Interview was very straight forward with no unexpected questions. Second step was a full day at their DC headquarters filled with interviews, tours, shadowing, and presentations.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary. Very standard questions such as why commericial real estate and behavioral questions i.e. tell me a time when this or that.
I applied online. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
