Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Lenexa, KS).

Interview

I applied for the position and received confirmation for a telephonic interview. The company looks for new employees within 30 days of the hire date, so the recruiter said that she would hold my application file. I can send her an e-mail when I reach that 30 day window if I am still interested in the job. It is looking like I may be sending that e-mail very soon!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company.

    Interview

The interview process was fairly easy. Arrived at least 15 minutes prior to the interview. If you've ever interviewed for a job before, it was not too difficult. Dressed accordingly, smiled, made eye contact, firm handshakes. Projected positive energy to allow the interviewer to see that I was interested in the job and working for the company. A good resume shows them a great deal of who you are and what you have done, so put time into writing a good resume.

    Interview

I applied online. Shortly after I applied I get an automated e-mail to complete an assessment. It wasn't too hard and it composed of about 83 questions, mostly behavioral questions. The next day I receive a phone call inviting me for an interview the next day. The interview went well consisting of 2 managers. They briefly went over my work history and asked the usual STAR format questions. The interview was comfortable although I felt like I didn't do well. To my surprise I get a call back later that same day offering me the position.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Cleveland, OH) in February 2014.

    Interview

It was very simple. You have a very short and easy phone interview. After that, you have the face to face with the merchandising manager. It's about a half hour to an hour. This is mostly simply merchandising question and customer service stuff.

    • First question asked was, "So, what do you know about Coca Cola." I was expecting more customer service based questions. At least know a little bit about the company.   1 Answer

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Little Rock, AR) in August 2013.

    Interview

Interview with Department Supervisor, going over what the job entailed etc.. Then Interviewed with Department Mgr, went over your feelings about the position. And was there anything that I felt would limit my abilities to complete the job required. Then a brief interview with the plant Mgr. over all I was asked and told. He asked how I felt about the position and asked if I was up for it. Then I was called back by talent acquisitions and given a start date.

    Interview Questions

    • What made you want to come work for Coca Cola. Baited question of course. They want to know if your a true fan of Coke and want to be brain washed in to "Bleeding the Red and White" or just need a job. If you just need a job they count you as a short term employee and when it all gets crappy you'll get a different job.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

The Department Mgr and I discussed pay and benefits. He said benefits are set but that he could bend a very little on pay. He raised it do to my experience and I accepted his offer.
