The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant Technology Solutions (Benton, AR) in December 2020.

2 rounds of technical phone screening. They were quite easy, except SQL portion which I didn’t have too much experience, but I conveyed I was confident I could get up to speed quickly since SQL is easy. On the last round I was told they’ll schedule a third interview, but never heard back from them. I was a bit surprised, given the fact the position was in Arkansa and I was willing to relocate, but I guess they were not serious.

Nice and suitable as per job requirements on TDM architect. Focused on TDM concepts and tools used for test data management. 2 rounds of interview. One hr round. Previous experience in other companies for lateral hires in that area.
