    Participated in all the phases of SDLC with Micro services framework.
    • Worked with different spring modules - Spring MVC, Spring Integration, spring web, Spring Core,
    Spring Batch and Spring AOP, Spring Boot.
    • Implemented a lot of web services (SOA) using REST(JAX-RS), XML. Good working experiences on
    XML technologies like XML, XSL, XSLT in which 850 transactions per minutes etc.
    • Migrated Global Security Messaging system from MQ 7.5 to Solace 10.6.2.
    • Implemented J2EE Design Patterns, MVC, DAO, Singleton, Front Controller and Business Delegate.

    The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant Technology Solutions (Benton, AR) in December 2020.

    Interview

    2 rounds of technical phone screening. They were quite easy, except SQL portion which I didn’t have too much experience, but I conveyed I was confident I could get up to speed quickly since SQL is easy. On the last round I was told they’ll schedule a third interview, but never heard back from them. I was a bit surprised, given the fact the position was in Arkansa and I was willing to relocate, but I guess they were not serious.

    • General object oriented programming questions, such as as “what’s encapsulation, function overloading”. Some questions pertaining to C, such as “what’s the difference between structs and unions”, “where does execution start in a C program”. Then finally some basic Linux command line questions, “how to create files”, “how to check system resources”, “difference between grep and egrep”. If you use Linux and know C/C++ you
