I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Columbia Sussex (Knoxville, TN) in December 2009.

Interview

I applied via paper application, interviewed with Sous Chef and then Executive Chef. I was called back and interviewed by F&B Manager. Then I was called back and interviewed more closely with the Executive Chef. Then I was called back, met with F&B, GM, and Executive Chef, and then they offered me the job.
