It started with an initial phone call interview with HR, followed by an in-person interview with the Managing Director, and last round with VP of Sales for the whole business.

Leuk gesprek, er werden goede vragen gesteld. Het gesprek was zowel in het Nederlands als Engels. De manager was enthousiast en het leek een match maar het zou afhangen van secundaire voorwaarden. Ik zou in de week daarop te horen krijgen of ik een aanbod zou krijgen. Bijna 3 weken later nog geen terugkoppeling gehad. Mocht ik dit alsnog krijgen zou ik het afwijzen alleen al om deze manier van omgaan met je sollicitanten. Ik twijfelde al over de organisatie maar dit heeft voor mij bevestigd dat dit niet de organisatie voor mij is.
