CompSource Mutual Insurance Company Learning and Quality Operations Manager interview questions

I was scheduled for an initial phone interview. It seemed to go well and I spoke with Christine within a short time of initially being contacted. I was asked about my experience and "corporate training" philosophy. I asked to clarify what they meant by the term "corporate training." I asked some follow up questions about the position. They described there was a difference between it and another job titled similar. It was explained they are in different groups in the company. It was also explained that this was a new position within this part of the organization. I never heard anything back. I emailed a follow up, but never received a reply. Rated it negative because a reply should be standard.
