Initially straightforward and welcoming with constant check ins from the recruiter, up until after the in-person final stage interview (which took up a good chunk of the day and went decently), they provided no feedback and quietly marked my application as unsuccessful on their system. Not even a rejection email. I'm assuming once you're not the unicorn candidate they're after for a mid level role you're worth zero effort on their part.

The recruiters and interviewers are nice. The whole process was smooth, job related. And I had a great time in the interview. Unfortunately probably I was not the best candidate so I didn't get the offer.
