Compass Creative Manager interview questions

Most unprofessional experience of my career. The recruiter canceled the phone screen twice, the second time it was 5 minutes before our call. After this second cancellation, they ghosted and I have not heard back from them since. I've followed up trying to reschedule and have gotten no response. If this is how they treat candidates, I hate to imagine what it's like on the inside.
