I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Compass (New York, NY) in Oct 2018
Interview
Initial phone screen with HR, then more in depth conversation. Set up skype interviews with two people in the same role in different US markets. There is a badge of honor at how difficult the screening process is by those who are already in the roles. Sort of a "wow it's tough to make it into the club but once you're in..." type of mentality. A turn off. And this was not a realtor position, but corporate. I was not impressed. Neither were they because I got the "everyone loved you but we are moving in a different direction" email notification from HR post interview.

Long process with a lot of rescheduling. Interviewers were not aware of who had interviewed me prior to them and were not very specific in relation to the position I was interviewing for.
