Multiple, short meetings with a wide array of staff members. Some were very involved and had meaningful conversations, some did not seem interested in speaking with me. I believe they wanted input and exposure from as many departments as possible, as well as the local team.

Phone call with HR asking basic background questions. A week later they scheduled a phone call with the hiring manager at their local RE office. Then Met in person for a short interview.

There was an initial phone screener followed by multiple Zoom interviews with local department heads. Everyone was very gracious with their time and provided ample information about the company and the role that I was interviewing for.
