Applied online and was contacted by HR to schedule an interview. I selected a time and prepared accordingly, but the interviewer did not attend. I followed up twice to reschedule and received no response. This reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process. Candidates invest significant time preparing, and basic communication should be a minimum standard.
