Typical interview process, including an intro interview, and two separate panel interviews. At the beginning, my experience was really positive. My first panel interview ended in a tour of the building and discussion about my "future team." I was told I was in the final candidate pool at the end of my third interview and that they would be in touch within 24 hours either way. I never heard from them again, even after following up with the recruiter 1 week and 2 weeks later.

Average interview process. There was an interview over the phone (super brief) which opened the door for the next round. Formal interview took place in-person. Pretty straightforward interview. Many of the questions asked were standard and were behavioral based in nature. The questions were often phrased as “What would you do if…,” “Tell me about a time when…”
