The in-person interview was heavily behavioral based with only a couple technical questions. The conversation was very casual and I was able to ask questions of my own towards the end of the interview.

Interviewed with three members from a team in the structuring department. Three quant analysts and one manager. The questions are not hard, and are relatively easy compared with those financial companies.

Behavioural and asks about the values of the company. Then you have to provide a situation where that value was expressed by you. Must answer in a STAR format. Don't stress about it too much.

Phone interview followed by panel interview with 4 individuals at the office. Was offered a position within one week of interviewing for the position. The entire interview process took less than a month.
