The interview process at the company consisted of two main stages: a Group Discussion (GD) round and a Personal Interview. During the GD round, candidates engaged in collaborative discussions on relevant topics, showcasing their communication and interpersonal skills. This phase allowed the interviewers to assess teamwork, leadership, and the ability to articulate ideas effectively. Following the GD round, candidates progressed to the Personal Interview, where individual assessments were conducted. This involved questions related to their professional background, skills, and experiences, allowing the interviewers to gauge the candidate's suitability for the role. The combination of the GD and Personal Interview provided a comprehensive evaluation of both teamwork and individual competencies, ensuring a thorough assessment of each candidate's potential fit within the company.

I had group discussion round in which I performed my best and much better than others but even after than none of the candidates were selected and the one interviewer mentioned that I did not provide enough points regarding the topic when infact when I was mentioning points he was not even logged in, he joined at the end of my turn. They give you feedback which is irrelevant and they don't even listen to you seriously.
