The process was very straightforward. Met with the hiring manager, as well as other team members in the role. This helped to give more insight into the role, the company's culture, and what to expect in the day-to-day.

Interview with a Sociopath. He was 45 minutes late. He cursed at me almost immediately. He said 30 years of sales experience was insignificant. It is hard to say why he scheduled the interview with me.
