Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Cox Media Group (Atlanta, GA) in May 2012.

Interview

Skype call with about 10 developers and managers. They reviewed my code submission and asked me questions. I asked questions about their development process. I could tell that they had been discussing some of the ideas I raised and that there was some healthy debate.

    Interview

There were only 2 interviews, and they were pretty straight forward. Really asking more soft questions like "Tell me about a time .." Then any direct technical questions. I was an internal hire, so your mileage may vary.
