Going in was my first real interview, I was extremely nervous, but the interview went great. I didn't get the job but they were very fair and made you feel like a conversation. She just basically reviewed my resume with a couple of questions from that.

    Fairly standard interview process; online numerical and verbal reasoning tests followed by an assessment day. Assessment day consisted of two interviews (standard competency based with some standard technical questions) with fairly young employees in the morning and those that were unsuccessful were sent home at lunch. In the afternoon, there was a case study.
