    Interview

    3 rounds of very technical finance questions. Went through multiple rounds. Met the entire office on the second round. The most technical of all the banks. Very focused on leveraged finance (less focused on M&A). Very limited on fit questions. They decide if they like your fit before you come in for the interview. Moelis had a very similar interview style.

    Interview

    Phone Interview, followed by 3-4 first round interviews with Analysts, Associates, Ops/Compliance, and Managing Director of office. Depending of if you are being hired to ultimately go into a business development role/Associate role, or you are hired to do pure analytics, client-facing, admin work. You will be interviewed the same as a Relationship Associate (admin focused), Ops/Compliance (back office), or Associate (business development).

    • Why Credit Suisse? Why Private Banking? What are your 5-10 year goals? Tell me about a time you worked in a team. What do you think about the current market environment? What is your experience with high-pressure, time-sensitive situations?   Answer Question

    Phone interview with HR in at headquarters followed by 1:1 interview with onsite HR representative followed by a third and final round consisting of anywhere between 4-5 interviews with other associates, senior bankers, and management.

    The actual Interview process was fairly short. The interviews were done in just 1 round (on-campus). Focus was to meet a lot of people from the Company through on-campus events and office visits so more people from the Company can value
