Interview

I did the first round on campus interview. The process is pretty simple, which is all about knowing more about you. I just chatted with the interviewer. The first half is related to your resume and your background. The second half is just to let you ask the questions that you have.

Had a 1:1 interview on campus, the interviewer was very nice, asked pure behavioral questions, was looking for a fit for the company. 2nd round on-site interview: had 3 1:1 interviews after a pre-interview lunch with some interviewers. Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Credit Suisse (New York, NY) in December 2015.

    Interview

I applied online. There were two steps in the process. First round was through a virtual Skype-like program. We just went over my resume and talked about my interests. Second and final round was at HQ in NYC. There were three interviews with VPs or managers. Interview questions were mostly behavioral with some brain teasers that tested the way you think. I believe if any one of the three recommends you, you would likely be extended an offer.

    Interview

I had at least 3-5 interviews at their New York office. Some were technical, and some were behavioral. The interviews took place one after the other mostly but there were breaks after about two of them.

    Interview Questions

    • Lots of behavioral questions about how I interact in a team environment, how I trouble-shoot problems and so on. There was a heavy technical component too.   1 Answer

    Interview

First around video interview: Pretty standard behavior questions, no technical component involved
Second round onsite super day: Mostly focus on resume coursework/project. They care about exactly how much you know about the things you write on your resume and how deep you are involved.
