I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (South Bend, IN) in Oct 2016
Interview
First I started with a phone interview, then I was invited to the office for 2 back-to-back interviews with partners. I was then contacted by HR and invited back for a meet and greet night, which consisted of a presentation, dinner, and a game.. great for networking. Then the next morning they had another presentation about tax and audit, then split us into groups, and we had an office visit, another interview, and a panel discussion then lunch. Then told we will hear back the next week. Overall felt really taken care of and enjoyed the whole process.
Straightforward behavior based questions, no technical interviewing required. Mostly looking to see if your a good fit personality wise. Be sure to know how to answer questions related to your previous experience and how they relate.
Three round behavior questions without technical questions. Very conversational with partners and manager. Each takes about 30 mins to 1 hour. It was an internship program then you will receive a full-time offer after that.
Incredibly friendly and personable. I appreciated that the interview felt like a conversation. It made the experience fantastic. It is most important for them to find the right cultural fit.
