Submitted a written application in store. Called within a month to come in for an in-person interview. Went over resume. Asked specific questions about service work and past employment. Called within a week and offered the position.
Easy conversational process. They get to know you and get a feel for you as a person. It was very laid back and comfortable. I had a good interview experience.
