I applied online. I interviewed at Currys (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview wasn't professional at all, the interviewer was making racist remarks and basically said "we have too many people of your colour" . Wasn't asked anything related to the experience except few basic questions . The interviewer went on a rant about meeting targets as well.
I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
Interview was not too difficult, mainly behavior questions. They might give you a scenario and you have to tell them what you would in that scenario and rank your actions.
