Front line HR rep was enjoyable and knew my experience matched well for the position. The next line of interviewers were the regional manager and location manager. Seemed that the location manager whom I would have worked directly with understood that my experience lined up with the requirements was receptive to my responses, However the regional manager took the reigns for the second half of the interview made it awkward and totally killed the jive. He was looking to find every bit of my experience that did not relate to the position and how I was not a good fit for the position. The regional touted how they use metrics, metrics, metrics, for everything and pushed how its a 14 hour day, every day and how they quickly get rid of employees that don't produce. The industry I come from, I would have ran circles around their guys 10x. So, whatever, their loss.
