I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Dell.

Interview

The hiring process was full of anticipation. I applied three times, the first two were unsuccessful. I submitted my resume three times, the first two times I submitted the same resume. Seeming how three months later I never got a phone call I decided to re vamp my resume and re submit it. I sent my new resume in on a Monday got a phone call on that Friday and interviewed that following tue. The interview initially was intimidating, they started off by telling about the position and then started telling me all the negative and challenging parts of the position as if they were trying to discourage me. After that they said walk me through your resume and sale yourself.
