It was an on-campus hiring drive at our college round 1 - amcat test - quant, logical and verbal round 2 - TR and HR by the same interviewer The basis of selection was unpredictable. Many students with amazing coding and great projects got rejected whereas students who performed poorly in grades and with almost nothing in their resumes got selected for the offer directly without further rounds.

The Interview was an easy but slow process. My first interview held in the third week of May. I had one Q&A round where I have to record my answers. Then a Phone screen. The technical interview was two week later. The technical interview included some programming questions with the senior employee of the team and later two more behavioral rounds. The first behavioral interview was with the manager of the team to see the compatibility. He asked me where I see myself 5 years from now and how to deal with a conflict at workplace and within a team. The last one was with the senior manager and partner. They were more interested in what I do to keep me occupied outside work such as home projects or daily activities.

They conduct an aptitude test (with an astonishing upper cut of about 70% of the total marks) after which the students are selected for the PI round. The test was easy with basic aptitude sections which had the restriction of going back to any question.

A random call from HR after 40 days since the status on their website changed to Phone Interview. The phone interview lasted for five minutes and got invited to do a digital interview.

Vier gesprekken: kort telefoon gesprek met HR, face2face interview met HR en een consultant, case interview met twee operational managers, en final interview met director. Daarnaast ook nog een IQ test/persoonlijkheidstest/Vaardighedentest - die niet extreem moeilijk waren

The process was fairly simple. First round was a manager round - I was asked to solve a guess estimate and explain my thought process and arrange it structurally. Second round was with a partner wherein I was generally asked about my inclination.

It was not that great as worthy candidates were left out. There was a jam session and one h.r round. Jam topics were based on new technologies like AI, ML, etc.
