Interview
I was very happy about the interview process with Deloitte. The interview process consisted of a telephone interview, a face-to-face interview with three people, another quick interview with the two people from the previous day plus a 3 hour skill testing session, an interview with a partner from the department, and one more final interview with a senior partner; all of which occurred on separate days. Everyone I met with was extremely friendly and positive and were very comfortable to be around. They said from the second interview they were very impressed with my performance so far and that they would try to expedite the interview process. The process overall took just under two weeks including weekends.

Nothing was really out of the ordinary; pretty standard interview questions I would say. They did tend to ask a lot of behavioural questions however, seeing as how personality and professionalism are a huge part of the job with Deloitte.
Very professional procedure and friendly atmosphere. I felt very comfortable with the interviewer. I was informed thoroughly about the next steps and expectations which made the exerience clear, organized and positive

Interview
1° interview on Teams on Friday, and it went well, got an appointment for a second interview on Monday. The Interview as in Italian and then the recruiters asked me to speak in English to test my language skills. Right now I cannot say if I will get any offer, but I hope for it!
I submitted my Cv in the platform. The HR department communicated to arrange an interview at a predefined time through Internet. After the interview they updated me after approximately three months regarding the results.
