Interview
First round is 1 on 1 campus interview with typical "fit" question such as why accounting? why tax? Tell me about a time when you work in a group and something goes wrong. 2nd round is at their office where I had 4 interviews with many people ranging from partner to director to senior manager. More behavioral type of questions. Overall experience is positive. Everyone at the office was really nice and tried to make you feel comfortable.

The process was very easy and the interviewers were very friendly. Easy questions asked nothing too complicated. The interview was 30 minutes long. . . . . . . .
Personality test prior to the actual behavioral interview. Behavioral test is very casual with all the basic questions, and they are 30min back to back. Only had 1 round of interviews, but that is rare as internships normally go through at least 2 rounds of back to back interviews.

Interview
Team problem-solving task and presentation, followed by brief interview with a manager/senior manager. If you receive good feedback, you will be called back for an interview with one partner and one director.
