Informal-ish. First had to submit two videos answering leading a team and why business (or questions of the like). 4-5 phone calls. Mostly talking about my résumé and relating it to the bigger picture. Had a phone call that was half technical and half consulting. What would you do with a ton of unstructured data.

    Consultant - Human Capital Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte.

    Interview

    Three part interview:

    1. HR phone screen to make sure your salary is in range and that you're articulate and well spoken.

    2. Technical phone screen with a specialist leader from your industry. Knowledge sharing and some technical questions based on what job you're applying for.

    3. Flown out to Chicago to meet with some of the team. I was expecting a case interview but there wasn't one.

I had positive feedback in my inbox the day the interview ended, as well as other suggestive statements( follow ups ) to my thank you letters, so I was pretty astonished when I was told I didn't get the job, but I was told they had a very competitive pool of candidates. I appreciated them reaching out to at least tell me the result. The entire process took 6 weeks from first contact to the rejection. I heard the firm's decision exactly 2 weeks after my in person interviews.
