Easy Interview

Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delphi (Iaşi (Romania)) in June 2011.

Interview

The process is quite straiforward; there is an initial phone and there was only one phase interview on a technical level.
The technical interview was based on basic automation related topics and a short discussion in english.
After aproximately one week, there is a phone call with the offer from the company in case the result is positive.
