I once had a customer, who immediately came on the line escalated throwing profanity around for a missed delivery. I apologized for the inconvenience, and politely asked her not to use that type of language. As soon as she calmed down, I was able to assist her properly and give her a redelivery date without paying the delivery fee again. She was very satisfied with the results.
