first of all i will make the customer silent and make him understand if a customer is angry on which his woprk his nt done opr completeed by the company i will give them d reasons because for wht his or hert work is nt completed on time will make him firt cool and silent and will ask him for a short period of time and will do d work properly dis way will handle d customer
