Phone interview with Danielle Young, then onto interview with direct manager and assistant manager. Once you interview with Direct supervisors then they discuss who they will hire and call you. (For me they called me 2 hours later and offered me the job)

    Member Service Representative Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deseret First CU (Orem, UT) in January 2015.

    Interview

Phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes, then in person interview that lasted about an hour. The interview was based on behavioral questions. Very laid back and welcoming. One of the best interviews I have had (probably only because of the manager that was interviewing me. It changes for every branch.)
