    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (London, England (UK)) in January 2019.

    Interview

Applied online for the Graduate Global Markets position. First you have to pass a behauvioural test online, then an interview per phone and in the last stage an assessment centre in London (almost 6h long!). The interviewer were very friendly and prepared in all stages. The questions vary between behavioural, technical, finance-related, group situations and clients-situations. Very challenging and interesting interview process. At the end DB provides feedback for all candidates of the assessment centre which is very helpful for candidates like me that did not receive an offfer.
