    2. shl numerical + verbal, then wait for 2 months
    3. onsite (???): 2 series of panel interviews + group exercise

    I withdrew the interview since it took so long for HR to come back. DB just outsourced their HR team to southeast Asia.

    They said that normally it would take 4 weeks to come back to you. That's not true. I waited for like 2 months, and, direct to onsite for final decision. The process was really frustrating.

    The 2 interviewers were nice. And the style of the whole interview was rather like chatting. No pressure at all. They ask behavioral and market questions in an irregular order. Since I am having it in Hong Kong, they ask me to answer different questions in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The questions were not that hard as they often gave open-ended questions. No technical calculative questions and brainteasers were asked.
