Apply online, take assessment, go into meet with HR, side by side with a representative then meet with a supervisor for interview. The assessment ranges from grammar, math, call center and miscellaneous. Your scores determine if moving forward. The interviewer was more interested in the number of previous employment than skill set and experience.

In a work environment, would you consider it necessary to be friends with coworkers to be a successful team? Lots of relational questions like this which they see only one right answer although different work cultures not considered.
