Interview
The language barrier with the recruiter was off since they weren't that comprehensive or fluent in English. They told me they would forward my profile since it was a strong match, but afterward they lacked general knowledge since they didn't know where native Portuguese speakers could be originally from. They were also clueless on how “legal” hiring practices in Portugal work, meaning the required documentation to hire employees. After I clarified everything by text since talking wasn't working, I immediately received a template rejection email.
