I interviewed at Dignity Health (San Bernardino, CA)
The interview process was easy enough, but after the scanning interview I was told I would be contacted regarding results. After about 5 phone calls to the manager over the course of a couple weeks, they finally answered and said they would get back to me. I never heard back and the position disappeared from the the job site. I kept up my end and they left me hanging. I don’t mind that they didn’t choose me, but after they said multiple times they would contact me and they didn’t, it’s very frustrating

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dignity Health (Sacramento, CA) in May 2023
I applied on the website, a recruiter emailed me for a zoom interview, interview was fast not much of an interview but just asked me about my experience and she then explained the position and said if chosen I will have to pass a hands assessment test.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dignity Health
Short interview, very welcoming and easy to talk to. Really help to relax and be able to answer questions and as my own of the two interviewers. Wish other aspects would have aligned better to be able to accept the position but seem like a great director to work for and he has a great vision for where he wanted the department to get to.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Dignity Health
Typical registered nurse interview questions for your speciality. First I had an interview with the director then another with a panel of the charge nurses. The interview was going well until the end. One of the charge nurses asked me an inappropriate question about a situation between losing my license or my co workers safety.
- Asked me nursing scenarios and critical thinking questions

I interviewed at Dignity Health
I got a phone call and the person asked me two questions to get to know me and then asked me to do an in-person interview the next day so now I am prepping on what to expect on an interview.
