    Interview

First got a phone call from HR said they were needing to feel a position that had been open for a while so she decided to set me up for a interview . 2. F2F interview with branch manager and district manager my interview was set at 3pm I literally waited untill 4pm untill I got to interview very unprofessional. In the interview everything was going smooth untill the branch manager decided he was more interested in wanting to know wether I was the life of the party . This branch manager literally asked me if I was outgoing when I go to a party I had to answer this question 3 times!!!! He kept rewording his question . It seems DPS would rather be more interested in asking me questions about me hanging out at parties than asking about my real skills and experience that pertains to the actual job keep in mind I have worked for their competitor . If DPS likes to hire unqualified candidates than I'm glad I didn't get hired .
this was about 2 months ago and they literally just opened up that position again . Seems they can't seem to keep employees go figure.
