    Very little about skills, mostly about charming upper management. Tell an endearing story about your family and you are golden. Know basic knowledge on Active Directory and troubleshooting techniques and you are fine. You will interview with at 4-5 managers at least and the CEO, everyone must like your personality or they will deny you. Do your best to mirror their demeanors.
