      Sales - University Grad Interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dropbox

      Interview

Applied through career fair at university, was emailed about in-person 30 minute interview for the next day after career fair (with a sales lead), received an email within a few days that they would like me to go into the Austin office for an in person interview, then was flown out to Austin for 5 30-minute interviews with folks from sales and user ops. Three of the interviews were more behavioral/sales based and the other two were more casual and testing to see if I would be a good fit in the Austin location. Received an offer. The entire process from my first resume drop at career fair to getting an offer was exactly 2 weeks. The recruiter was always accessible and really loved talking about the company and helping out with anything I needed, which was great to see! Additionally, everyone I interviewed with was really nice and welcoming and I genuinely enjoyed the interviews and hearing more about the company! Advice: know the product and company really well and do research on business development/anticipated growth (especially if you're trying to get a position in Austin).

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most of my questions were typical behavioral questions, some more quirky questions involving company culture to see if I would be a good fit, questions involving tech industry/Dropbox, why sales, revenue related question.
