I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EAG Laboratories (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
8 people interviewed from 9am to 5pm, each person for half an hour, very tight schedule. During lunch time I was asked to do a half an hour presentation. Tough questions, nice people. Each people asked different questions from different sides. Some of them just ask general questions, some asked very specific skills questions. The whole company seems very busy and everyone is hard working.

Interview
The interview was conducted on-site and included a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation of my professional background. Once the presentation was completed I needed to answer technical and personality questions from a panel of 5 interviewers.
The interview process was straightforward, which was designed to find out what you know based on my previous work experience, and to assess your specific knowledge and skills related to the requirements of the job.
