A challenge faced in a previous role and how it was overcome.
Interview was conducted over the phone and was a breeze. They reviewed my resume thoroughly, asked for referenced, and discussed the role and how I would make a contribution to the team. About three weeks later, I was offered the position.

Straight forward. Two interviews. Evidence of previous project experience required. Did not give me a hard time. Benefits were clearly explained and all questions answered. Spoke to HR and then to area manager.
