    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at EMC (Shanghai, Shanghai (China)) in September 2015.

    Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter, and then scheduled to have a onsite interview, the other day, I was noticed to do interview with US members through conference call, I totally talked to three US members, all sessions went well. Interesting thing is that they don't do technical test in the four sessions, just chat, the asked questions have some overlaps, I guess they want to understand well how the candidate's background match with the position, and then do some technical interview? But if so, why do they check so many times, reading the resume and then talk once may understand well the candidate's background. Anyway, the interviewers are all good, polite and well prepared. I still recommend you try EMC if you are interested in Data protection or Data security.
