Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at EPAM (San Francisco, CA) in January 2019.

Interview

Contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin, After interview was informed its positive result, asked me join on receipt on H1b transfer receipt and also told the SOW was expired so its risky to join on receipt. Felt like total waste of time, if SOW is expired for client there is no point in conducting interview for the role.

    Interview

Contacted by recruiter who spent 1 hour explaining me so much about the company. Technical round was to write code and answer out of the blue interview questions on big data. Tried explaining him my current work in detail instead but he didnt care. Not very sad on being rejected by this company.
